Decree on the Admiralty Side of the District Court of New York, in which the Rights of Sovereignty and Neutrality concerning Captures within neutral Bounds; and the Treaty of Amity and Commerce between France and the United States, and the Jurisdiction of the neutral Courts, as far as they are respectively connected with that Sibject are considered.
